Where does the money go FNB?

FNB's systems continue to be blatantly against the interests of the customer. In particular, the way they WITHHOLD eft deposits made into a current account actually has gotten worse.

Case in point: Similar amounts of money sent from my Nedbank transactor account to banking account as Discovery Bank and FNB retail bank. No instant payment option used in either case.

Result: Money from Nedbank to Discovery reflected the SAME DAY. FNB: Nada overnight and today 24 hours later the deposit is yet to reflect.

And we pay them to treat customers as pure manure? What a disgrace. FNB where does the money go?

In fact, I moved my pension fund payouts from thee FNB Bank to another bank that gives me MUSH better service.

I strongly advise readers to bank either at Discovery or Nedbank but NOT at FNB.

This is SO NOT the bank that I proudly opened my first banking account with 47 years ago. FNB Thanks for NOTHING.
