Where did the service go?

I have had to deal a lot with FNB lately... And no experience was good.<br> <br> 1) despite changing my cell number with fnb, my ebucks contact stayed with my old number. I sent a screen print (with the ebucks contact number) to the premier banking suit. They took forever to respond with the ebucks telephone number - clearly no willingness to help. I emailed ebucks. They responded saying they had updated my details. This morning I tried to buy something ebucks, and I didn't get my OTP. Heaven alone knows where that went!<br> <br> 2) My pension forms were rejected by GEPF because the bank rep's hand writing was not clear. So I took three copies of the form to the Table View branch this week - guess what, the consultant wrote so badly! I now need to print more forms, spend more hours in the bank, because FNB consultants don't know how to write/ don't care about official documents. What's worse is that I have to incur the cost of couriering the new forms.<br> <br> 3) Business Banking is a joke. I send a mail because I want instant accounting. They can't help me.
