Where did Premier Banking go?

What happened to premier banking. I have had an issue for months now that just does not seem to go away. They keep delivering me new bank cards. I get another message that i have a card waiting for me at a branch, so I try and call Premier Banking to get it sorted out (again). <br> <br> Instead of the prompt Premier response, I get to hold for the call centre, who drop my call 3 times. Does Premier Banking still exist? <br> <br> Is it just me, or is FNB slipping badly? I don't appreciate having my money wasted, holding on, and then having my call dropped THREE TIMES. <br> <br> I am not going to try again. Can someone please contact me so that I can have the duplicate card cancelled (again) .
