Where could the money be?

I transferred funds to Capitec account using my FNB app on Friday evening since it was late Friday and it was not an immediate payment I thought the funds maybe will reflect the following day, it didn't so I waited until Monday still the funds aren't reflecting. What is happening, where is my money?
