Where Are the Tellers???

It's lunchtime on a Thursday, banks know this is busy time. FNB campus square in Melville johannesburg has loooong queues and... ONE teller working. When I asked I was told with no apology whatsoever \the others are on lunch."So bank manager- you give your tellers off for lunch when your branch is the busiest?? I normally bank with Standard Bank"
