I need a manager to contact me ASAP.<br> <br> I am waiting for a refund for a debit order that should not have gone off of my account from Monday. My debit orders are bouncing, and i am being charged bank fees. The agent i have spoken to most recently in your call center loans department has a disgusting attitude. Pull the call logs and arrange some manners training for her.<br> <br> How can ALL the managers be in meeting at the same time?<br> <br> Someone call be URGENTLY, PLEASE!!
