Absolutely revolting service!! Gobsmacked that the only solution to having this issue resolved is by having to disclose all of your personal and highly confidential information (ID Number, Bank Card Number, etc.) via the phone to some stranger. What kind of mickey mouse organisation is this??? Don’t you know that we live in South Africa and we don’t have the freedom to be this candid with our private information in this country!!!
