where are my ebucks as promised

I opened a saving acc in Feb with fnb and I'm March I received an sms stating that should an amount of R500 be deposited in my acc in March I will be rewarded with 5000 worth of ebucks which is eqals to R500 ebuck, I phone the call centre and I was advised that I will only get ebucks in May not later than the 07th today is the 20th and nothing still cold it be fnb was lying to me as much as they **** abt their bank charges , I think I opened and acc with the wrong bank
