Where are my ebucks?

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with FNB and its review of how ebucks are earned and allocated. First, I would like to state that I have generally loved FNB and recommended it to most of my friends, who have switched from other banks, primarily because of ebucks being the best rewards programme out there.
