Where are all the FNB staff???

FNB - why does it feel like using this platform is the ONLY way to get hold of you. I app**** for a future use amount on the 1 March 2022, I got an sms saying a Merishka David was dealing with it, all sounded hopeful. Phoned a few days later to find out what is happening because NOTHING from Merishka. Was told by the guy on the main homeloans app line that I can only apply on the 10th. Phone today to try get hold of Merishka and she is MIA. Also got told by your guy on "reception" it was declined. ZERO COMMS FROM MERISHKA. So unprofessional. Yet again from my bank of 20 years.
