When will you stop messing up and annoying me FNB

What the hell is wrong with you fnb??? How many times must I ask u to stop posting my bank statements ? I got home to piles of envelopes in my post box with bank statements ranging from Dec 24 to March 25, for acc no *** $ ***(I also receive my kids funny acc posted separately! I must report to ombudsman for u to stop? Respect my right to privacy! Flippen stop posting my bank statements! If I need them I will get them on app! Stop Annoying me !what the hell is difficult to stop!

@fnb what would it take you to stop posting my bank statements ? On all my accounts and my kids accounts?? How can we be talking about the same thing year in and out? Who said I need statements posted? If I need statements I will get them for free on the app! Every month I must send complaints emails and everything imaginable to ask u to stop this!! Now u started another salon annoying thing, when I buy airtime on the app you charge me double for it but I only bought once and I received it once but I pay twice and it u seem to refuse to credit the extra charge !! What is going on with you ?? On 7th April you double billed me for airtime I logged a query and u said u will resolve in 48 hours? Still not resolved !! I’m tired of all this
