WHEN WILL MY FUNDS REFLECT TO MY FNB ACCOUNT?!!!

On the 20th of August, I requested to withdraw cash from my PayPal to my FNB account, the process was successful but until now, I still haven't received my money. They said it reflects within 8 working days, still I haven't received my cash, it's still pending!!

WHAT IN THE WORLD IS ITTAKING SO LONG TO REFLECT TO MY ACCOUNT, I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR SO LONG, I'M VERY FRUSTRATED WITH FNB PAYPAL SERVICES!! WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY FUNDS TO MY FNB ACCOUNT?!!! CAN SOMEONE FROM THE FNB PAYPAL SERVICES TO HELP ME PLEASE!!!
