*When will FNB & PayPal start caring about non-FNB customers?

I keep asking FNB and PayPal for feedback but #TheFunnyThang is "they" never seem to ever receive my request for good ol'fashioned #CustomerService

#FactsMatter Trying to register for FNB online banking in SOUTH AFRICA to receive PayPal funds is extremely frustrating. I had an online FNB account about 15 years ago and closed that account. Yes—really—I closed it. Now I cannot complete a fresh, new FNB online banking registration process for some unknown reason and FNB/PayPal customer care never respond to email or Messenger requests for help. Ever. #NeverEver

In many other countries, most banks can be linked directly to withdraw and/or deposit PayPal funds. My credit card is already linked to my PayPal to deposit funds but I cannot withdraw funds to it. Why oh why does PayPal force us to use FNB? I already use a South African bank I am happy with #NotFNB Why can I not use my bank of choice for PayPal like in many other normal countries? South Africans are NOT happy with the poor customer service FNB offers non-FNB PayPal customers.
