WHEN WILL FNB EVER START DOING HOME LOANS!

I have app**** for an FNB home loan 2 weeks ago.<br> <br> On last week Monday they verbally communicated a home loan to me of prime minus 0.60.<br> While endless promises have been made to receive the written application, till date they still have not produced the goods.<br> <br> I have in the past had to deal with FNB home loans, and have never been a fan of their inability to produce effective home loans. They included a random persons (who has been blacklisted in the past) credit rating into our credit rating calculation even though all the correct information was given to them.<br> <br> What totally is mind boggling is how the same bank, is the most effective in internet banking and banking innovations, but when it comes to being effective equality in home loans it takes us right back to the stone age. And how can we entrust our finances to a bank that makes so much mistakes in only one department of the services?<br> <br> In the same time I app**** for a home loan from ABSA bank, which granted and approved my home loan within 3 days. <br> <br> I am currently banking with FNB, but I am afraid this is the final straw for me.<br> <br> Thank you FNB home loans for make it easy for me to divorce FNB.<br> <br>
