When u become unemployed due to covid 19 the choices Fnb gives you CPP or covid 19 loan

I've been trying to sort out my insurance wrt credit protection on my accounts to no avail. Fnb says they will help you if you qualify buy I have been trying for days just to do an application online. I even used my banking app secure chat they told me they cannot help me because they do not vave access both the consultant and manager. Credit protection plans are in place to assist you if you become unemployed but it seems as if Fnb is making it so difficult for someone to claim because they want you to use the covid 19 loan that they offering.
