When my husband passed away he had money in his bank

When my husband passed away he had money in his bank.After his passing I went to Masters court and I was granted the letter of authority.Then I went to their branch in North west in Rustenburg town,Waterfall mall and all this was done July 2024 and I submitted and filled documents required of me to fill. Last month I went back to One of their branch in Mahikeng town to check the prograss of my request then I was told I must call the claims department and their consultant said he has escalated the matter and till today I haven't received any call nor email. I have also been sending emails to them no response whatsoever. The only thing I need from them is to transfer my husband's shares and money to my bank and I have also stated to them that I'm also banking with so I don't understand why are they taking this long to assist me.
