When is FNB getting reliable couriers for card deliveries?

We had a pre-funded FNB credit card for one of our staff that was swallowed by an ATM. A new card was ordered last week and handled pretty efficiently by the person on question, bit o, my word, now the infamous courier service. On ordering I gave them our office address, office phone number and the name of the lady that can sign for the card if the user is not there because I am not in the office at all. This morning at 11h35 I had this rambling phone call from a person who asked to speak to the user and after trying to get a change to speak was an issue. Eventually I got the privilege to talk and gave the phone number and address where both the user of the card and the authorised user are and assumed that the case was handle. Following up this afternoon, no call, no card. On phoning the card division, the lady confirmed that they indeed had all the details for the delivery and that this was made available to the. While trying to resolve this by phoning the courier company, the phone was indeed put down on the FNB lady. Eventually I was transferred to another mumbling person on the side of the courier and with the background noise and the mumbling lady in tandem, I suspect I was proudly informed that the card may be delivered 'as soon as tomorrow' while the team that uses the card is leaving Pretoria at 04h00 for the Eastern Cape with lot of cash to carry there cost for a week, not nice in these days. Please FNB Card Division, if you cannot fire the courier company for whatever reason, just get them to employ people that can at least be understood when you talk to them on the phone, they are not doing the bank a justice and it is not the first time this has happened.
