When is Comprehensive Pricing option promised for 11 April actually happening?

On the 20th March I received an email notice of changes to my Encore account due to take place automatically on 11 April. Nothing has happened and funds remain locked into my savings pocket when it should no longer be necessary due to money in other accounts. The Pricing Guide shows no change. What is happening?

Reviewer Update
After several email responses from "SuperService" (mispelling my name) telling me that the change would be made on 21 April, nothing has happened. A direct email to SuperService gets graced with a DO NOT REPLY response and telling me their response time is 48 BUSINESS HOURS !!!! ie a week! What nonsense!!
