When for assistance with virtual card activation and didn't get that assistance à card was ordered instead what alot of nonsense

I got charged for a card am supposed to get free since the 1 I have is expiring month end asked for assistance in activating my virtual card on the app instead of that a card was ordered for me and when you call them they tell you that they will escalate the matter for you am not interested in that I just want FNB to reverse the money they took from my account for the card
