When can I expect the funds
Kindly be advised that I have app**** for a personal via FNB online on 15th August 2020. Thereafter, I received an SMS “FNB – Use FNB App, Online, Cellphone Banking or FNB ATM to Accept De*****eck debit order from FNB Ploan by 20:00 on 15Aug2020”
Later that evening I checked the above on my APP/Internet Banking, but there was no option to accept anything under Debit Check. But still under De*****eck Mandate the installment amount of that loan reflects of R2742.10, without the funds I requested for. On Monday, I called FNB more than 4 consultants, but they advised that I should wait for an sms, but the debit amount is already being loaded. When can I expect the funds

20 Aug 2020, 10:19Good morning, I am quite concerned how this application has been handled and no one is even communicating with me. I only received sms’s noting the delays which are not even fully explained. For years, I have been using the internet bank without such push back and now no one is even able to give clarity. Since the online banking approved my application, while the debit order is been loaded on my account. Where are the funds? It is more than 3 days waiting on this.
