When can I expect a response
11 Of July I complained about a subpoena not been adhered to On the 5th of August I received this email from someone in the bank Dear Karl, Thank you for taking the time to highlight your concerns. Please be advised that the matter has been sent to the relevant department and feedback will be provided. We would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused in this matter. Warm regards, 13 August I sent a follow up email, and not once have I been contacted by anyone on this matter

I have sent out another email out on the 19th to find out if they received the email
Up until now I have had no response from either of them.
