When are you paying my money???

On the 29/08/2015 I went to the Carlswald branch to claim the funds that were reserved by Avis car rental, after the debits went through. To this day the funds are still released back into my account but the consultant at the branch advised it was going to take up to 5 working days after he processed the dispute. But then again I'm not surprised because FNB only prosseses these payment when they have to deal with a complaint, as the same happened about a month ago. It seems that the turnaround times aswell always change, one said up to 7 working days, the other up to 6 weeks & now 5 working days... Nonetheless consistency seems to be somewhat foreign language to this bank. Your very poor service never seems to phase me.
