Whats the use of being a Premier banker?
I have been on hold for close on 10 minutes trying to speak to someone in the Premier Suite to get confirmation of my banking details. This is ridiculous. I really wish I never upgraded as it is more of a hindrance than anything. I am disgusted by the service I am receiving
