Whats the use?

<p>I was a member of Law on Call for 2 years and this policy is not worth the R75 per month. I had a problem about a year ago and was sent from pillar to post and last month the same thing! FNB advertises that you get up to 50 legal documents which is great, BUT what the point if you cant customize it? Law on call sent me a lease about a year ago and it was customized to the needs of this property. I sent a email with the tenants details and the other details. The details of the tenant was incorrect and the details relating to the property couldnt be changed on the lease as the information is punched into the computer and cant be changed as its computer generated. My problem is that how could this be done a year ago, but not now? I cancelled my policy with law on call and would suggest to all other policy holders to do the same! There is 4 other companies that offers the same policy with much better terms and they are cheaper! Very unsatisfied with FNB!</p>
