What's the point of My Service Suite?

What's the point of My Service Suite? The app doesn't refresh the chat, so you have to go out of the chat screen, then back in again. Sometimes it loses all chat history until you've restarted the app a few times, and by that time your agent has disconnected or moved along.

All I want to know is why, when my account has funds, I've been penalised by FNB with some weird payment fee declined payment of R8, three times, for my Disney Plus account?

On top of this, both my wife and my cards have been cloned this year - seems like your security is also lacking? Must we move our home loan to another bank where we'll get better service? Who knows. Ugh.
