Whats the point of being a Private Banking Client

I have app**** for a Home Loan with FNB, the value of the HL is 10% of the value of my property, I have no bond on this property, no accounts and no debt, I have been living in this property for 15 years, I am clearly not a financial risk. I received an email response immediately giving me a case number. I then escalated this request a week later to Private Banking due to lack of response. It is now 2 weeks that I have been waiting for approval / decline of this application. My question? what is the point of being a FNB Private banking client - adverti*****ts on radio state that you can get an approval within 1 day - in which decade or on which planet, clearly not here. A very disappointed Private Banking Client. I now have no other option but to source another supplier to assist me. Amazing how all the other banks are happy to take over all my accounts but I cant even get help from my home bank.
