What’s going on?!?!?!

During COVID-19 I was retrenched from my employment and had put in a claim to FNB life. After a month of struggles they finally approved it. However FNB is still sending me notifications both via the app and email stating my credit card is so much overdue. I wonder if it will really be paid.
