Whats app ewallet service is a problem.

The new whats app ewallet service is s huge inconvenience. They do not give you all information concerning what happens when withdrawing and how you cant withdraw once the app has issue. I was stranded needed money to go to work and the app was blocked. I absolutely don't want anything to do with FNB. In emergencies how do you what 24hrs !!!! Useless service! I was made to wait for hours at the Golden walk mall FNB branch in Germiston. What a huge inconvenience!
