What were you thinking when you picked CCD Couriers (Edited) - Got my card

First i need to thank FNB for calling me the next morning about this case. I know it not their fault and i really appreciate them helping me so quick. This is an update on the following review - (https://www.hellopeter.com/first-national-bank/reviews/what-were-you-thinking-when-you-picked-ccd-couriers- ********** ) and i can happily say that it has been resolved. shortly after the call from FNB was up I received well monitored calls from CCD(HOW IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE FROM THE START) asking me my availability and if i am currently at the location of delivery. So thanks again FNB.. Hope we can continue on a good journey!
