What was the reason in the first place to charge me a pro rata fee

I am not answered, my question is why were you charging me a pro rata fee ?? For what ?? I’m with this account for long, did not change anything and out of nowhere you charge me a pro rata fee, for what ?

I need an explanation on why you have charged me a pro rata fee, I am not asking you what this fee is for, cause I’m already told when I logged this call that this is a pro rata fee, but now I need to know it is a pro rata fee for what reason ???

I need an answer to this please, can you please read my question properly and respond to Me specifically on what I am asking you please

And no for ad long as you charge me fees that are not warranted and uncalled for I will ask for reversals !! Because you cannot just do as you please on my account and charge fees that you cannot explain fully to me what they are for and expect me to just leave it

I have no issues paying for things that I should pay for when they are warranted but what I will not agree too is just random fees !! Even if it is R1 I will not allow it

This type of things are some of the things I have taken away some of my accounts from FNB cause you guys every wed every month there is something I must complain about and it is very exhausting- if you don’t do it to my own accounts then it is my children’s accounts, thrrr is just always something happening here

Please can you respond to my question on to why were u charging a pro rata in the first place ????? What is it for ?? I already paid the increased fee of R120 so what is the prorata fee for? Based on what ????!!

Please answer my query and stop telling me that you reversed the fee- you are reversing it but what was the reason u billed this in the first place ?????? And don’t tell me it’s a once off u won’t ever reverse it again - oooh but you will cause if u just charge me fees that are for no reason , then you will reverse them !!!!!!
