What to do to get my address changed??????

I spent 5 hours and 3 visits to FNB Vincent Park, East London to get my address changed on my accounts. I've just received my bank statements and......the address on my business account is still not changed. What do I need to do that does not involve standing in a line from 8am to maybe see a consultant at 9h10 to change my address??????????
