What the hell is foreign transaction 475???????

What is this R8.50 Foreign Transaction 457 that keeps accumulating and eating my money. Like seriously this is irritating and will my money be transferred back? I’m a student and every cent counts. I’ve had a total of 10 of these notifications from this deduction. Which started on the 11-03-2020 till today 14-03-2020
