What the hell is FDS subs?!
Unauthorised deduction allowed on my account. FNB is not the accountable bank they claim to be!!! I am extremely vigilant to ********, will not and have not given out personal information as I realise that taking care of my finances is firstly and foremost my responsibility. To my shock and horror I discovered quite a substantial amount of my (R2400) hard earned money has been deducted from my account without my consent. Deduction referenced as FDH SUBS. I immediately went to look - it seems this is a company Financial holdings Limited (Malawian).
FNB should please provide me with documentation as to "where I am authorising this amount to be deducted from my account by this company"? I would like to see your proof!
I've been a loyal customer with FNB from opening my first bank account. Utterly disappointed and let down by this bank. I have definitely not had a delightful experience nor have they exceeded my expectations!!! Waiting to see how long they take to resolve the matter.

As per our telephonic conversation your advised that the debit order had been approved and be allowed on the account. As per your request the complaint had been closed.
