What the hell FNB??

So im resorted to writing a bad review on Hello Peter because FNB's services sucks. I just wanted to increase my credit card limit, i have NEVER EVER battled so much in my life! Previously i would just increase it and the money would reflect. Now i must sign a quote and send it back, but then after i send it back i must still go onto the FNB website to accept a quote but i cant because i dont get the OPT's??????

I seriously dont know how things work at FNB but generally you accept a quote first then its signed. Not the other way around where i sign a quote then i must still go and accept a quote. What the hell is going on ???? Why am i not getting the OPT's? iv NEVER EVER had to wait this long for a credit card increase! i want this sorted out right now!!!

iv also app**** for a private clients card, so hopefully i can have my own banker that can help me instead of sending messages on the app which doesnt ever work, and FNB cant ever get that right!! i can see the card on my profile but they cant send it to me, now what?????

come on, i always threaten im going to leave FNB and i might actually do it this year. Your service is seriously so bad.
