What the HELL!!!!!

I received a notification on the 3rd July 2019 that R821.38 was debited on my account from mincirguide.

This is a European country and I could not have done this transaction and did not confirm any company to deduct from my account.

I've since cancelled my card and submitted debit order dispute how ever I was informed to query it with the company that deducted the money.

This is the email I got today

Good Day, Please advise if you have ever provided the merchant with your card details or if you have ever purchased anything from the merchant before? If NO, then Please cancel the card and send the documents to Debit card ***** at Debit&*** and send a copy of the card or advise what happened to the card e.g. was the card lost/****** or in the client's possession. If YES, then you will need to take it up with the merchant first to try and resolve the dispute with the merchant. Please retain all proof of communication between yourself and merchant. Regards.

I would like some assistance to reverse payment made and im not getting any help as I've been sent from pillar to post.

I do not know this company nor have I signed up for any of their product.
