What the FICA are FNB DOING??

Tuesday i get SMS from FNB asking me to call them as there are FICA documents outstanding. I call and asked to send them scans of MY ID and that of the other trustee on my account. Although they have multiple copies of these already, i send them anyway. Later on Tuesday my share portfolio account is frozen and i cannot trade or check the valuation of my portfolio. THREE days later and STILL cannot login. *** are they doing over there???
