What service on a ***** case!!!!!

Wow More than a month ago I made a ***** case The person that took the case does not help She says I must call *** Which is hight volume and do not get through She had no access to emails and told me to contact CC.*****&*** Secure chat cannot assist me either on the app She was not very professional and I think Rude Now can someone assist me?
