What's the use of having online processes if they don't make life easier?

On 3 February 2017 I did a CIPC company registration and business banking account application through FNB's online portal (that in itself was a mission and a half with email queries going unanswered).

Today, 20 days later I am no further or better than I was before making the application. After speaking to more than 4 consultants each with a different story I think it's safe to say that I am BEYOND gatvol with the service I've received. What is the point of having these online channels available when they are just as good as going to a consultant in person or braving the long queue at CIPC?

When I am unable to pay my debit orders or I default on a payment at the end of this month then they will be calling day and night and sending lawyers letters and communicating far better than they are now but this will be due to their inefficiency because I can't quote or even invoice clients.

I think after three weeks I am ready to close my accounts and move to a bank that will actually appreciate and treat clients better.
