What's the point of a private banker fnb?

<p>I want to move my home loan from Standard Bank to FNB. You'd think that having a private banker would make this easy.</p> <p> </p> <p>Not so. In 2006, I paid off a credit card that I held with fnb.</p> <p> </p> <p>She's now asking me for that proof of payment. FNB's system still reflects that I am owing on that account. </p> <p> </p> <p>The issue cropped up in 2013 - and I was informed by the customer care department that it was resolved, because I sent through proof of payment. I no longer have that record because I thought it was settled.</p> <p> </p> <p>I want FNB to update their records and to assist me with the transfer of my loan. .</p> <p> </p> <p>So annoying!</p>
