What's taking so long?
I signed papers at the conveyancers office for a further bond with FNB on 29 March, but the papers have yet to be filed at the deeds office. The lady I'm speaking to at DSM (conveyancer) has not been able to get the bank to identify what is taking so long. I really want this matter sorted ASAP. Why have the documents not yet been sent to the deeds office? What is the hold up?
