What's going on with FNB????

<p>I had a revolving loan with you,paid it off in like 3 or 4 months. Phoned in to the number i got on your website,where I was advised I should close it,otherwise i would pay extra interest or something like that(wasn't informed it is only a monthly fee of R50 give or take.)</p> <p> </p> <p>Since Friday FNB has been completely useless...now I can't get a loan again I am told I shouldn't have canceled it. </p> <p> </p> <p>Now im in the Kollonade branch the woman really tried to help me. But she keeps getting told to phone someone else...I can't believe nobody in FNB can help me??</p> <p> </p> <p>I am in a bind and need the loan,but now I must take a personal loan at much more interest!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I left ABSA because of service like this. Wow I am dumbstruck,first time it went so quick and easy!!!</p>
