What ****py service from FNB

I have been waiting for call as my account was blocked from the 26 October 2021 I have even received an sms saying that they will call me 24 to 48 hours and nothing my account is still blocked can't access my account it is so frustrating and I feel very unpleasant and unprofessional for them to take so long so solve a case I feel like service of Fnb is deteriating they used to be one of the best banks.
