What private banking?
Sent FNB Private banking an email to cancel debit order. No Response. Sent FNB private banking a message to remind me who my private banker is. No response. Is this private or public banking? Where is the personalized service? R399 per month for? I will probably get better service if I called the public FNB call centre.
