What Premier banking?

<p>FNB premier banking is non-existent, I have been trying for the past couple of days to get a hold of someone and requested for someone to contact me but nothing...I have tried contacting them in the past and had the same result....what’s the use of having a "Team of Bankers" when there is no one available to answer or call you back....What is the difference between this "service" and phoning in to the normal call centre? Still takes forever....PATHETIC!!!!</p>
