What on earth is Value added fee?
Can FNB please explain what is Value Added Service Fees. This fee has been deducted from my account for several months now and I am getting annoyed.
Last month this 'fee' cost R112, I already had an account fee of R105 R68.45 I also pay bank charges and fees on almost every transaction AS WELL AS a Service Fee of R68.45 which is taken from my account monthly. I would like an explanation and breakdown of Value Added Service Fees because I really doubt that if I am paying for everything on my account, how can there still be extra charges. I'm very annoyed because this means that I am paying more than I signed for. A nd I honestly do not see any value added to my FNB service.
