What kind of bank is this

I am so livid. Fnb keeps charging amounts for items paid no funds. It's now amounted to R358,but when I buy the items I have funds in my account. But I get charged again for the same transactions so which means because I bank with Fnb I pay twice for every transaction. I can't afford it and I'm done. And what's sad is that I was the biggest FNB advocate. I wans going to open savings accounts for my children as they get older. But what's happening now is day light ******* and I'm not the only person complaining about this on this platform. I want to close my fnb account. I'm going to start moving my salary and debit orders this month. Life is expensive enough without your bank robbing you.
