What Judgement?????

When i try to apply for vehicle finance they state that is has been declined due to a default judgement against my name. I tried to call FNB but they just transfer you from one call center to the next. so could you please inform me as to where the hell this judgement came from?

This utter bull**** between FNB and MBD. They have to completely different settlement figures.
I am happy to settle but not to some thumb sucked figure from MBD.
I would like to PAY FNB ,what is so hard to understand about this ?
