What is wrong FNB???

What a disappointment. I've 5 accounts with FNB for probably the past 25 years. Service was relatively good until a few years (probably 4) ago. Had 5 issues the last 2 years that took extreme effort to resolve. On 27 March, I sent a query on your website. 20 Days later, no reply. What went wrong with your service? A staff problem? No pride? This is just unbelievable.
