So I opened three saving accounts for my spawn about two years ago. Same day, providing all the information at FNB Rivonia. Then a few days ago I get a SMS. Dear Miss Oosthuizen (There are two of them?? So which one??), FICA requires relevant documents, to be submitted to FNB. <br> FNB, why are you sending this to ONE of my daughters? Why are you missing documents if I provided all documentation two years ago. Do you really think that I like to spend wasted time in branch for your mistakes. <br> <br> Please clear up this matter and revert ASAP.<br> <br>
