What is the value of FNB LOC?

Please help me understand the value offered by FNB LOC as I've had to resolve both matters submitted to them myself. One consultant told me she has been MIA for the past 2-3 weeks because she was on leave, so life stops when she's on leave? Exactly what am I paying for?
